Mallakhamb is one of the oldest sports in India. It allows human body to exercise all the body parts easily. In my opinion Mallakhamb is the only sport which anyone have to starts from the infant age because at this age the muscles are more flexible and it helps in exercising easily.
At the middle age the muscles becomes less flexible and it requires too hardwork to make it flexible.

Mallakhamb is a sport which is most popular in only two states of India.
1. Madhya pradesh
2. Maharashtra
Other states are also doing this but in smaller Level.
Infact, In 2013 Madhya Pradesh Government Declared Mallakhamb as the State Game.In my Opinion Mallakhamb sport has a power to go in the Olyampics in some years.
Mallakhamb is the only sport which anyone cannot do . Like cricket, Football, basketball, Karate, Judo etc. Which anyone can play just for joy and timepass without any personal Training but No one can play Mallakhamb Without any Personal Training.
Since I am a Mallakhamb player and I know how hard this game is! And it requires lot of daily practice for years. I am doing Mallakhamb for 9 Years.

There are 3 Types of Mallakhamb practiced in India.
1. Pole Mallakhamb
2. Rope Mallakhamb
3. Hanging Mallakhamb
Since, "Changes and improvement are everywhere" Mallakhamb is also imporved.
Nowadays, The players are making Pyramids on every mallakhamb with a group of more than 10 peoples on a single Mallakhamb. Isn't it Shocking? Watch by Yourself!!!
After watching this Videos you strongly realised that Mallakhamb is not as simple as it seems.
In the end I would like to say Mallakhamb is a very Good Sport so Appretiate it And Gives that a National Platform Like Cricket or Hockey!

Pier Construction in Flyover or Metro Viaduct Construction

                                Pier Construction :           Pier is a substructure of viaduct that is supported by closely spaced piles and transfers all the loads from superstructure to ground through pile foundation.           Two types of piers are used in the project : 1.     Station pier (square)           Dimensions being 2400 mm x 2000mm. 2.     Eccentric pier (viaduct)           Diameter of eccentric pier is around 1.8m. Methodology : 1.     Vertical Reinforcement are aligned and supported with concrete blocks. 2.     Other reinforcements like rings and link rods are then tied according to design and bar bending schedule. 3.     Vertical alignment is assured by plumb bob and coordinates. 4.     Self Shuttering is placed with a cover of 75mm. 5.     M40 grade with slump of 160 - 175mm concrete is poured is compacted using needle vibrators. 6.     It is cured by watering and covering by wet cloth.
